A seven-member MQM-P delegation, headed by party convener Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, held discussions with the Prime Minister at his official residence to deliberate on the details of the amendment. The delegation included Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori, Federal Health Minister Syed Mustafa Kamal, and National Assembly members Dr. Farooq Sattar, Javed Hanif Khan, Syed Aminul Haque, and Khawaja Izharul Hassan.
