Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) convener Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddique categorically has apprised Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif that the party will not leave its demand for elections to be held under the new census, new delimitations and corrected voter lists.
Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddique informed this in the allied parties meeting with the premier through a video link today.
Sources said that the MQM-P convener put his demand in the meeting that the MQM-P wanted the upcoming general elections on a new census, new delimitations and error free voter lists.
Dr Khalid Maqbool adopted the view in the allied parties meeting that if elections were delayed for two to three week then there is no matter in it.
