Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan nomination papers for NA-246, constituency, Lyari, Karachi has been challenged in Sindh High Court (SHC).
Muttahida Quami Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) candidate Tayyib Hashmi has challenged the approval of nomination papers of the PTI chief in the SHC.
It is opined in the petition that the returning officer approved the nomination paper while negating the facts.
The appeal furhter added that Imran Khan concealed his agriculture lands in his returns while the PTI chief also hid his accounts.
The petition said that on these facts returning officer of NA-108 Faisalabad rejected the nomination papers.
The appeal insisted that declaring the returning officer decision null and void and reject Imran Khan petition.
