ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday extended interim bail of ex-finance minister Muftah Ismail till August 7 in the LNG case.
The IHC two-member bench headed by acting Chief Justice Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mian Gull Hassan Aurangzaib heard the petition for interim bail in the LNG case filed by ex-finance minister Mustah Ismail and ex-MD PSO Shiekh Imran Ul Haq.
The court expressing its anger over the filling different petitions to submit further documents regarding the case and asked Muftah Ismail why didn’t he submit the documents earlier.?
Acting Chief Justice Amir Farooq remarked that an odd manner has been started as six various petitions have been filed while later the court extended Muftah Ismail and Shiekh Imran the interim bail till August 7.
