LAHORE: The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has officially scheduled the auction for the franchise rights of Multan Sultans.
As per PSL officials, the bidding event is scheduled for February 9 in Lahore. Five bidders have been shortlisted to vie for ownership of the franchise, having been selected by the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) bidding panel.
The PCB revealed that six proposals were submitted within the deadline. Following a comprehensive and transparent review process, five bidders were found to meet the technical requirements and will now take part in the auction.
This marks a crucial milestone in the franchise ownership process as preparations for PSL 11 move forward.
