Peshawar: After an arrest of accused who killed bridegroom on his marriage day unearthed the story behind the murder.
On November 11, the bullets were sprayed on a car carrying bridegroom on Charsadda road which resulted into death of the bridegroom and injuring his brother.
According to the police, the accused who killed the bridegroom, Jalal and bride Samreen have been arrested.
The accused confessing the crime apprised that he had friendship with bride Samreen for many years and she was daughter of his aunt as well so he tried to remove his bridegroom for his way to marry Samreen.
The police said that the bride was also arrested for the investigation of the case after the crime and meas of murder also recovered.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Aftab Kashif Abbassi in its press conference informed that the bridg played a role of master mind in the murder.
The SSP apprised that both Jalal and Samreen wanted to marry each other but family was against it. On refusal of the family members they planned murder removing the deceased Adnan for their way to marriage.
On the day of the murder Samreen apprised location to Adnan from many mobile numbers, the SSP said
The family compelled Samreen to do marriage out of her choice, the SSP adds.
