Karachi: Provincial minister for planning, energy and development Nasir Hussain Shah has said that the most of the cries come from the Muttahida Quami Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) in any operation in Karachi.
Reacting to the MQM-P leaders presser, Nasir Hussain Shah said that the MQM-P should not demand such actions under which it will effect it self.
He claimed that the MQM-P says some people belonging to this language carried out crimes is a reflection of a hate politics.
Whereas he said that no criminal has any language, religion and nationality adding that the criminals are enemies of humanity and peace.
He claimed that the Sindh government has been following cases against the street criminals in a better way.
The Minister said that the police and rangers have been conducting joint targeted operations against criminal elements.
He said that it is a matter of surprise that the friends of the MQM-P wanted to call federation on the street crimes in Karachi.
On the other hand, responding the MQM-P leaders presser, Karachi mayor barrister Murtaza Wahab also blasted on the MQM-P saying that the MQM-P always followed a politics of hatred adding that those who proclaim by beating of drum on crimes can’t be sincere with the masses.
He claimed that the Sindh government is taking measures across the province against the street crimes adding that a crack down against criminals has been started from Kashmore to Karachi.
Meanwhile, a spokesman of the Sindh government has said that Karachiites have not forgotten body wrapped into sack, extortion and days of cruelty.
He said that the MQM-P always did a politics of hatred adding that the people are in state of despair those who doing the politics of the hatred.
It is merit to mention here that as many as 19 people were lost their lives in a rampant street crimes in Karachi in the sacred month of Ramzan alone.
Whereas Another person fell prey of street criminals on Eid Ul Fitr Chand rat succumbed to his injuries on Monday.
Deceased Waseem Ur Rehman, a resident of Gulshan-e-Maymar sector Y-3 was shot by robbers in their efforts to rob of him on the Chand rat when he was returning after shopping.
The robbers had singnalled him to stop but he didn’t and they opened fire on him which penetrated in his back.
His wife with help of police took to the Abbassi Shaheed Hospital where she was said to to take his husband to a mjaor hospital after a first aid.
Waseem Ur Rehman was admitted to a private hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU) near stadium road where he was receiving treatment.
He could not be saved with all the best efforts of doctors.
