Muzaffargarh (May 16, 2017): An Additional Session Judge awarded unusual punishment to two drug peddlers here today.According to the details, an additional session judge has awarded a unique and extraordinary punishment in the history of Pakistan to drug peddlers.
The judge of a session court in Alipur while deciding a case against drug peddlers announced that the convicts will clean open drains, streets and roads of the city on a daily basis for one year. He also ordered the chief officer of municipal committee to submit report after every 15 days in this regard.

The court punished the two drug peddlers found guilty of narcotics selling to keep streets and open sewerage lines clean for two years.
A community service punishment like this is being awarded in the history of Pakistan for the first time ever.
The court also directed the local police to implement the decision and use force if they will not follow the orders issued by the court.
