ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly today passed a resolution hailing the decision of Sri Lankan Cricket Board to continue the tour of their cricket team in Pakistan despite all threats.
The resolution moved by Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhry acknowledged the personal interest of the Sri Lankan President and the entire government in this regard. It also lauded the zeal and devotion of Interior Minister and Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi to salvage the tour.
The house has now been adjourned to meet again tomorrow at eleven am.
