Islamabad: The National Assembly (NA) has issued party position after the Supreme Court verdict of July 12.
The NA secretariat has declared 80 MNAs to the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) . Before this the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had declared 39 MNAs to the PTI.
According to the new party position the Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML-N) has 110 seats, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) 69, Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) 22, Jamiat Ulma-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) 8, Pakistan Muslim League Q (PML-Q)5, Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party 4.
Besides that the Independent members are 8, whereas Pakhtunkhwa Mili Awami Party (PKMAP) , Balochistan National Party Mengal (BNP-M), Muttahida Majlis Amal have one seat each.
While one independent member has joined the PML-N.
As per the latest Party position the NA has 313 members whereas 23 seats are disputed or empty which will be given to PTI.
