Lahore (June 22, 2017): National Assembly speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has expressed concerns over issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) to former Chief of Army Staff General (R) Raheel Sharif to lead the military alliance in Saudi Arabia.
While addressing an iftar party, Sadiq said that he was not in favour of NOC to Raheel Sharif and vowed to raise the issue in the National Security Council. He accused Joint Investigation Team (JIT) of partiality.
The NA speaker demanded to expose the suspect involved in leaking of PM’s son picture when he appeared before the JIT. He said PML-N government taking measures for the welfare of masses and added that their party will clean sweep in elections-2018 due to its performance.
