LAHORE: An accountability court in Lahore on Monday extended physical remand of former provincial minister Aleem Khan till March 5 in assets beyond known source case.
The former minister was produced before accountability court’s judge Najamul Hassan Bukhari amid strict security measures in assets beyond income case and possession of offshore companies.
NAB also presented investigation report to the court and sought extension in physical remand of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Aleem Khan.
Earlier on February 15, physical remand of the senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Aleem Khan was extended by 10 days in assets beyond known sources case.
The senior provincial minister was arrested by the anti-corruption watchdog officials on February 6 over charges of possessing offshore companies.
