ISLAMABAD: In celebration of World Minorities Day, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a dedicated initiative aimed at supporting minority communities across Pakistan.
Through a social media announcement, NADRA revealed the launch of a targeted registration campaign designed to assist minority groups in ensuring their identification records are accurate and up-to-date.
The campaign is set to run from December 18 to December 23, 2025, and underscores NADRA’s dedication to fostering inclusivity and providing equitable services to all citizens, regardless of their religious or ethnic background.
As part of this effort, NADRA will deploy Mobile Registration Vans to visit minority-populated areas, making registration more accessible and convenient. Furthermore, special counters staffed with dedicated representatives will be available at NADRA centers to assist minority community members throughout the duration of the campaign.
In addition to domestic initiatives, NADRA has introduced a special service for Pakistani nationals living in Saudi Arabia. A mobile registration team, in collaboration with the Pakistan Embassy, will be operating in Dammam on December 19 and 20, 2025 (Friday and Saturday), from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm local time. The event will take place at Tamimi New Camp in Dhahran, Eastern Province, providing enhanced services for overseas Pakistanis.
