KARACHI: A local court cancelled the bails of the two of doctors accused of alleged medical negligence over the death of a minor Nashwa in a hospital of Karachi, managed to flee after the cancellation of their bail in the case.
As per details, a local court in Karachi heard a case pertaining to alleged medical negligence that claimed the life of a minor Nashwa in a Karachi hospital. Two of the accused doctors Atia and Sharjeel appeared before the court. The court during the hearing ordered to cancel the bail of the accused doctors.
However, both accused successfully fled the court premises after the cancellation of bail. Both doctors are already nominated in additional charges of murder.
The owners of the hospital Amir Chishti and Farhan Chishti are still out on bail, granted to them by the city court.
On the other hand, more than 20 suspects have been nominated in the said case.
