Sialkot: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that the nation will remain indebted to sacrifices of the martyrs who are pride of the nation.
The PM on Wednesday afternoon visited frontlines of the operation Bunyanun Marsoos at Pasroor cantt in Sialkot while addressing the officers and soldiers who activelly participated in the operation in response of Indian aggression on the name of operation Sindoor, presented glowing tributes to the armed forces of the country on the splendid performance in the “Marka-e-Haq”.
He said that befitting response was given to the Indian aggression while the nation unwavering determination made the armed forces unconquerable.
Pakistan has pride over their brave soldiers who mixed the enemy aggression into the dust within a few hours, the PM said.
He said that declaring martyrdom of children, women and elderly as terrorism by India is a shameful act.
He said that India adopted fleeing path over the Pakistan offer of neutral investigation into the Pahalgam attack.
Before this the PM called on soldiers, officers who participated in Operation Bunaynun Marsoos in response of Indian aggression.
The PM praised their unwavering dedication and valor in defending the nation’s sovereignty.
Deputy Prime Minister-cum-Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Defence Khawaja Asif, Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir, Air Chief Marshal Zahir Ahmed Baber Siddhu were accompanied with the premier.
Besides that Federal Ministers Ahsan Iqbal, Attaullah Tarar, Corps Commander Sialkot and other high civil and military leadership were present at the occasion.
The premier will also visit Air and Naval bases in next few days for meeting officers and soldiers of Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Navy.
