In his message, the President said the team’s success has brought pride and happiness to the entire country. He also commended PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and the coaching staff, assuring the team of the nation’s prayers and support.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif also congratulated the young cricketers and the nation, calling the victory historic. He lauded the players for their excellent display in the final against India and said the nation takes immense pride in their achievement.
