LAHORE: Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik on Monday called on Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) President Nawaz Sharif at his residence in Jatiumra, Lahore.
During a recent meeting, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif acknowledged and commended Dr. Zakir Naik for his significant contributions to the promotion of Islam. The discussion, held in a cordial atmosphere, allowed both leaders to exchange views on a range of religious and social issues.
In the meeting, Dr. Naik emphasized that the Holy Quran is the ultimate source of guidance for all of humanity. He urged Muslims to set aside divisive issues, such as minor differences in religious practices, and focus instead on the worship of Allah Almighty, uniting under the common purpose of faith.
Dr. Naik also shared his expertise in inviting non-Muslims to Islam, emphasizing his mission to spread the message of Islam in a broad and inclusive manner.
