LAHORE: The senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League Musaddiq Malik has said that Nawaz Shareef will become the PML-N’s President again.
Talking to the media, Senior PML-N leader expressing his thoughts, Malik recalled the ouster of Nawaz Sharif, saying, “Nawaz Sharif was disqualified for not taking his salary from his son. With the blessings of the Higher Power, Nawaz Sharif is once again coming to become the party’s president.”
The election will be held in the general council. Shehbaz Sharif has been made acting president in line with the procedure.
Speaking about the election of the PML-N president, PML-N leader saad Rafique said: “Shehbaz Sharif’s resignation as the party’s president was accepted with a heavy heart.”
