LONDON: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif  on Thursday said that he wants to go to Pakistan soon as it is difficult to stay outside the country for even a single day.

As Islamabad High Court (IHC) today acquitted PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz and her husband Capt (retd) Safdar in Avenfield reference case. On the occasion, the former premier [Nawaz Sharif] in a conversation with his colleagues said that he greeted Maryam Nawaz on acquittal in this case. “The case against me and Maryam Nawaz was based on politics”, Nawaz added.

According to sources, Nawaz Sharif is expected to return to Pakistan soon. For this, he started consulting his colleagues.
