Nawaz’s Homecoming Journey Resumes Shortly

Rawalpindi (August 10, 2017): Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s will shortly resume his historic homecoming rally to Lahore via  G T road from Punjab House here where he stayed overnight after covering 30-minute distance from Punjab House Islamabad to Liaquat Bagh Rawalpindi 30-minute distance in 14 hours after the start of his Lahore homecoming journey yesterday.

The Day 2 of the historic sojourn will resume shortly from Punjab House her. Nawaz Sharif’s convoy will proceed to Kutchery Road from Punjab House and from there will proceed to G T road at Rawat. Warm receptions will be awarded to the convoy at many points during the journey while the T Chowk at Rawat is being bedecked by welcome banners . A large number of party workers, supporters, and sympathisers are anxiously awaiting for their beloved leader. The PMLN workers have finalized the preparation to welcome Nawaz Sharif and the participants of his convoy along the route of the rally.

Nawaz Sharif had addressed the rally at Committee Chowk here around midnight last night and later arrived at Punjab House here for the overnight stay.

Addressing the workers, supporters, and sympathisers around midnight last night at Liaquat Bagh here the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif alleged that his government was not allowed to work. Nawaz Sharif said that he had restored peace and economic activities in the country. How could removing it is an elected prime minister by the votes of masses be acceptable, he had asked.

Nawaz Sharif rejected ever taking kickbacks or commission. Calling Rawalpindi his city he said that people do not did accept his removal. Asking just what crime committed to deserve sacking Nawaz said how long the game of removing the prime ministers would continue in the country? No elected prime minister had ever been allowed to complete his tenure, he added.

It may be mentioned here that Nawaz Sharif’s convoy covered Punjab House Islamabad to Liaquat Bagh Rawalpindi 30-minute distance in 14 hours after the start of his Lahore homecoming journey yesterday.
