An Appeal against the approval of Nawaz Sharif’s nomination papers was filed by the head of Pakistan Awami Mahaz, Ishtiaq Chaudhry Advocate.
The appellant has taken the position that Nawaz Sharif has been disqualified by the Supreme Court of Pakistan for life, he is not eligible to contest the election, the returning officer approved the paper of Nawaz Sharif contrary to the facts.
