Islamabad: The National Electric Price Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Wednesday uptick electricity prices by Rs 2.83 per unit under the fuel adjustment charges.
The NEPRA also issued a notification of the hike in the electricity prices.
The increase will burden masses up to Rs 26 billions. The electricity hike will be applicable from the current month.
The NEPRA has increased the prices in the fuel adjustment charges of March.
