Islamabad: No progress has been made in the Noriabad Power Plant Case owing to absence of co-accused Shah Nawaz and Investigation officer of the NAB at an accountability court of Islamabad on Tuesday.
Talking to media after hearing of the case, Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah said that every human heart shattered on the Murree tragedy but the government was saying why people visited Murree.
He said that he has never seen such a insensitive rulers ever before adding that the government ministers must do tweets whether they work or not. These people are found of making tweets only.
He vowed to take action against officials involved in the transfer of murder convict Shahrukh Jatoi to a private hospital in Karachi without the permission of the Home Department.
In a comment on the incident, the Sindh CM said the provincial government will take action against everyone found involved in the episode. “I got to know about this yesterday; will order a full inquiry after I get back to Karachi,” Murad told reporters in Islamabad.
The CM lashed out at the federal government for its “incompetence”. He said the federal government has always blamed others for its faults. “It blamed the Sindh government for flour, sugar, and fertilisers shortage,” he added.
