The military parade will held on a “limited scale” due to the holy month of Ramadan, with contingents of the country’s three armed forces set to participate in the spectacle.
Pakistan Air Force (PAF) will showcase a captivating flypast, featuring a ceremonial flight by various fighter jets. According to state media reports, foreign ambassadors and other esteemed guests have been invited to witness this significant event.
The celebration is marked by a tribute to foreign dignitaries and national heroes, who will be honored with prestigious civilian awards.
Attendees can also expect to see impressive mechanized displays, including tanks, armored personnel carriers, rocket launchers, air defense systems, artillery, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and an array of both short- and long-range Pakistani missiles. Notable missile systems set to be highlighted include Ra’ad, Nasr, Babur, Shaheen, Ghauri, and Ababeel, showcasing the nation’s military capabilities in an annual display of strength and solidarity.
