Web desk: New polio case found in Dera Ismail Khan, 28 months baby boy affected.
This is the third polio case in Dera Ismail Khan and the 48th case in Pakistan this year. The genetic analysis of the samples collected from the child.
According to the sources, 23 polio cases have been reported from Balochistan, 13 from Sindh, 10 from KP and one each from Punjab and Islamabad.
Notibly, yesterday a case of polio was reported from Ghotki district of Sindh, this is the first case of polio from Ghotki.
DI Khan is one of the polio-affected districts of South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
