Karachi: New roster of regular benches released in SHC, 4 two-member and 4 single benches established.
In the court, 4 two-member and 4 single-member benches will hear various cases from January 13 to February 8.
According to the roster, Bench One will consist of Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Akbar Sarwana, in which cases including ECL, PEMRA and PTA will be heard.
Similarly, Bench 4 will consist of Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput and Justice Arshad Hussain, which will hear cases related to illegal construction, encroachment and water supply, apart from Bench Four SBCA, KDA and others. He will also hear the cases related to institutions.
According to the roster, Justice Nimatullah Phalputo, Justice Iqbal Kalhoro, Justice Faisal Kamal and Justice Adnan Iqbal Chaudhary will hear the cases in single benches.
