WEB DESK: Sony Pictures has released a new Brightburn trailer. Produced by James Gunn and written by Mark Gunn and Brian Gunn, director David Yarovesky steps in to helm what the studio is calling “a startling, subversive take on a radical new genre.”
The new trailer for Brightburn centres on an alien who looks human and who is adopted by a rural Kansas couple after they discover him in a field. As he grows older, his adoptive parents begin to have concerns about him, and eventually, he uses his powers to become something they never could have expected.
Brightburn opens May 24th and also stars David Denman, Gregory Allen Williams, Matt Jones, Meredith Hagner, and Steve Agee.
