Rawalpindi: As many as nine terrorists were killed in a intelligence based operation (IBO) by Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) in District Data Khail area of North Waziristan .
As per the Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) when security forces started the operation on Wednesday six terrorists were killed.
The LEAs started clearance operation in the area and three more terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire between terrorists and the security forces.
Ammunition and explosive material also recovered from the possession of the terrorists.
The locals lauded the security forces operation and expressed their full cooperation in eliminating a menace of terrorism.
