KARACHI: Three accused of the Nishwa case has been handed over to police on three-day remand while nurse Sobia has been sent to jail.
Arrested officials of Daraul Sehat Hospital presented before the city court which included nursing manager Atif, duty admin officer Ahmed Shahzad, nurse Sobia, and Agha Moiz.
Prosecutor said that it is police negligence that it did not impose tough sections. While consul of complainant said two days ago fire engulfed the hospital and feared that cctv record has been set ablaze.
The consul requested the court to make crime scene and cctv protected while the judge said that he is sending the nurse to jail on the court remand while consul said that if happened than investigation will be affected, on which, the judge said permission for investigation will be granted if Investigation Officer requested.
Consul of Nishwa said that murder case be filed as Nishwa has died over which the judge said that he will order of this if he receives a record in this regard.
The court handed over accused Ahmer Shahzad, Agha Moiz and Atif to police on three-day remand while court order to send nurse Sobia to jail on the court remand.
