Islamabad: Rejecting any expectation of emergency in the country, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said that no chance of emergency in any level of the country likely.
Talking to media in Rawalpindi Sunday (today) Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said that 12 members of opposition decreased if they bring a no confidence motion they will lose 26 adding that Shahbaz Sharif is not a horrific dream but he is a beautiful dream for Prime Minister Imran Khan.
He categorically said that the opposition parties could not do any harm to Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The Minister has expressed the resolve that government will complete its five-year constitutional tenure and will continue its agenda of serving the people.
He said past rulers plundered the national exchequer, while Prime Minister Imran Khan is committed to strengthen the national economy and address inflation through wise decisions.
On the issue of economy, the Interior Minister said approval of Finance (Supplementary) Bill 2021-22 is a great success of the government and its allies.
Talking about protest marches announced by the Opposition, the Interior Minister said the government is not afraid of such marches.
About prevailing political situation in the country, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said public will witness positive developments in next two to three months.
