No Embarrassment Over Legislation To Extend Tenure Of Ex-COAS: Saad

Lahore: Federal Minister for Railways and aviation Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that there is no embarrassment over the legislation in the parliament to extend tenure of former army chief.

Addressing a presser in Lahore, Khawaja Saad Rafique said that the fecilitators of supporting Project Imran Khan have gone and now there were no aeroplanes any more which were brought people in a huge numbers.

While he asked the PTI chief why he is in hurry to dissolve the assembly, is he wants to conquer Kashmir?

The Minister said that we were offered to make forward block and chief minister after releasing us from the jail but we were stand firm.

He said that when were not in the government we didn’t have estimation of destruction and now we have estimated extension of the destruction.

He said that situation is still very difficult.

Regarding Railways, Saad Rafique said that Pakistan Railways has received the first batch of 46 high-speed modern coaches from China.

He said these are completely built-units manufactured in China. The Minister said Pakistan Railways will begin manufacturing 184 similar coaches at its own carriage factory in Islamabad, after transfer of the technology from China.
