LAHORE: Notification of the appointment of new nine additional judges in Lahore High Court has been issued, after the appointment of new judges, the number of judges in the High Court has increased to 43.
Notification of appointment of new nine additional judges of the Lahore High Court has been issued. After taking the oath, the number of judge in the High Court will increase to 43.
Chief Justice Lahore High Court Justice Aaliyah Neelam will take oath from Additional Judges.
In oath -taking judges include Justice Hassan Nawaz Makhdoom, Justice Malik Waqar Haider Awan, Justice Sardar Akbar Ali, Justice Malik Javed Iqbal Venus, Justice Syed Ahsan Raza Kazmi and Justice Muhammad Jawad Zafar.
In addition, former Advocate General Punjab Justice Khalid Ishaq, Justice Malik Muhammad Owais Khalid and Justice Chaudhry Sultan Mahmood will also take oath.
President Asif Ali Zardari has appointed nine new additional judges in the Lahore High Court yesterday.
