Web desk: The Ministry of Law issued the notification of special courts in the federation and four provinces.
According to the announcement issued by the Ministry of Law, the courts have been established under the Lawyers Welfare and Protection Act 2023.
It has been said in the notification that this initiative has been implemented in consultation with the Chief Justices of the High Courts.
It should be noted that earlier, apart from special anti-terrorism and anti-narcotics courts, special courts established under PICA Act and Cipher Act are also functioning.
