OGRA Recommends Half Rupee Decrease On Petrol For February

ISLAMABAD: The Oil Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Wednesday has sent summary to ministry of finance to review petroleum prices for the month of February recommending a half rupee decrease in petrol price, sources said.

The sources said that 4 rupees per litre increase recommended for high speed diesel while a half rupee reduction recommended for petrol prices.

The OGRA suggested in its summary that Rs 2 per litre be reduced on Kerosene oil while Rs one per litre increase recommended on light diesel.

The finance ministry will take final decision on the matter after consultation with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The reviewed prices will be applicable from February 1.
