WEB DESK: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has issued a stern condemnation of the escalating violence and atrocities committed by Israeli forces in Gaza, describing them as acts of genocide, starvation, and widespread destruction.
The OIC specifically condemned the brutal massacre on June 30, 2025, which resulted in over 85 deaths and hundreds of injuries, labeling these acts as war crimes and crimes against humanity.
In addition to Gaza, the organization expressed concern over the intensifying Israeli military operations and organized violence by extremist settlers in the West Bank. These actions include raids on urban areas, the establishment of military checkpoints, assaults on refugee camps, mass displacements, and the demolition of homes and vital infrastructure.
The OIC also highlighted the ongoing assaults on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, where Palestinians continue to be denied access—an act that blatantly violates international laws and United Nations resolutions.
The organization urged the international community to act swiftly by implementing an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire, lifting the Israeli blockade, ensuring unhindered humanitarian aid to Gaza, and protecting Palestinian civilians through international intervention.
