Lahore: The Paris Olympic gold medal winner who broke 118 old history in javelin throw Arshad Nadeem said that he is very much thankful to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
Talking to the media at the Allama Iqbal International Airport, Arshad Nadeem said that he is a plant planted by the PM.
Arshad Nadeem, who brought to the country gold medal after 40 years, said that he is very much happy over winning the gold medal.
The athlete who won gold medal in individual capacity for the first time in the Pakistan history at the Olympics said that he is thankful to all nation over their prayers for his success.
He said that he worked hard day and night for the winning of the gold medal adding that on nation, parents prayers the God Almighty has given him respect.
