KARACHI: One more body has been recovered from the debris of the collapsed building in Malir’s Jafar Tayyar neighbourhood in Karachi, raising the death toll to five.
The deceased has been identified as Sabih.
On Monday, a three-story residential building collapsed in Karachi’s Jafar-e-Tayyar.
According to locals, four families were residing in the three-storey building while the incident occurred in the wee hours of Monday.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has taken notice of the incident and sought report from the concerned department. He also directed Karachi commissioner to monitor the rescue work.
