Islamabad: The first round of talks between the government and opposition mainly Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ended.
The second rounds to talks will be held tomorrow (Friday).
Both the respondents talked over the holding of general elections in the country. While they shared their suggestions with each other regarding the elections.
The PTI delegation presented its chief Imran Khan’s and the party point of view and procedure of elections in the negotiations.

The opposition team , which based on PTI, included its vice-chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudry and Barrister Ali Zafar .
On the other hand, Ishaq Dar, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Naved Qamar, Azam Nazeer Tarrar, Yousuf Raza Gillani and the MQM-P Kishwar Zehra were part of the government team.
The first round of the talks continued for about two hours while the talks were held at the committee room of the parliament house.
