ISLAMABAD: The Opposition Grand Alliance has decided to hold a two-day consultative conference in Islamabad on February 26 and 27 to devise a strategy against the government, sources said.
According to insiders, all opposition parties will be invited to participate in the conference, which will be hosted by seasoned politicians Mahmood Khan Achakzai and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
The gathering aims to finalize the alliance’s future course of action and outline a plan to put pressure on the government.
The decision to convene the conference was made during the alliance’s recent visit to Sindh, where political parties from the province are expected to formally announce their participation in the opposition coalition.
