Islamabad: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) has set March 5 date to indict accused in the Osama Satti murder case.
A hearing was held regarding judicial remand of five police personnel involved in killing of Osma Satti in Islamabad.
Administrative judge of the ATC Raja Jawad Abbass heard the case. The police submitted interim challan of the case while all the accused were presented before the court.
The judge transferred the case to the ATC judge Shah Rukh Arjumand for the trial of the case the court also extended judicial remand of the accused.
The accused will be indicted on the next hearing.
It is pertinent to mention here that ATS police personnel shot dead Osama Satti in G-10 area of Islamabad on January 2. After the incident federal police have sacked all five police personnel after they found guilty of the incident.
