Mirpurkhas: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the PTI members of National Assembly will not be misled by Zardari.
Talking to media in Mirpurkhas, foreign Minister said that a dialogue and diplomacy can resolve disputes and problems and we have very clear point of view that a war is not solution to any problem.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Pakistan has been remained in state of war for 20 years and faced economic loses adding that intensity in Russia-Ukraine war will be harmful for all European countries, however we will not become part of any group.
Praising the Pakistan permanent ambassador to UN Munir Akram, he said that Muneer Akram presented Pakistani point of view in the best manner. He apprised that he talked to his Poland counterpart and he gave positive impression.
He said that the European countries are admitting that an imposition of ban on Russia is not permanent solution to the problem.
He informed that we are constantly in touch with Poland, Hungary and other countries for protection of our citizens.
He said that Pakistani embassy in Ukraine helped Indian students and citizens without any discrimination on ground of human sympathy as the students were worried.
Talking about the Pakistani politics, he said that we know the politics of Zardari and our members will not be misled by Asif Ali Zardari while we have believe that our members of assembly will stick to the party point of view.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi apprised that the activists of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) tried to stop his caravan at Matiari and tried to create a situation of clash but it was not a habit of Benazir Bhutto’s party adding that it is a new PPP.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that despite opposition from his husband Asif Ali Zardari, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto had made him PPP president of Punjab. While Asif Zardari wanted to make Ahmed Mukhtar as a president.
He said that Asif Ali Zardari could not understand him.
