Peshawar: Intense fog in the upper areas of the country affected flight operation as three flights canceled while 41 delayed.
Owing to the dense fog five flights were landed on the alternative airports.
A flight from Karachi to Lahore PA-401 was canceled while Islamabad to Gilgit flights PK 601 and 602 were also canceled.
A flight from Kuwat city to Sahiwal was landed at Lahor airport. Owing to fog a flight from Jeddah to Faisalabad was also also landed at Lahore airport.
The airport and airlines officials have requested the passengers to take information of flight schedule before reaching to airports.
