Federal Minister for Petroleum Shahid Khaqan Abbassi has said that Pak-Iran gas pipe line project and Tapi Gas project will be completed in 2018 and 2020 respectively.
Giving briefing on various mega projects to foreign diplomats in Islamabad the minister for petroleum said that enough supply of gas in 2018 is our target.
He said that Iran Gas pipeline project will not complete now it will take time and it will be completed in 2018 adding that two billion dollar invested in construction of Liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipe line and terminals.
Shahid Khaqan said that 4000 mw power production will be started from 2017 from LNG.
Meanwhile, secretary water and power giving briefing to participants that load shedding will be completely ended from the country till 2018 while an investment of 58 billion dollars will be done in power projects until 2020.
