Lahore: There is a suggestion under consideration for Pakistan visit to West Indies to change schedule three ODIs into T-20I.
Pakistan and West Indies cricket boards are negotiating on changing the schedule three One Day International matches to T-20I.
The change in the format has been suggested owing to keeping in mind next Asia Cup and T-20 World Cup.
Pakistan is set to visit West Indies in end of July to play three ODIs and same number of T-20I.
The T-20 matches will be played on July 31, August 2 and 3 in Flordia. While three ODIs are scheduled in Trinadad on August 8, 10, and 12.
Owing to this year Asia Cup and next year T-20 world cup, both the teams respective boards are contemplating changing the three ODIs to T-20I. So that a better preparation for short format cricket could be done.
It is expected that decision will be taken in a next few days.
