RAWALPINDI:At least four training camps of terrorists were destroyed by Pakistan Army in an operation carried out across Afghanistan border on Friday night.
The army targeted the training camps of Jamaat-ul-Ahrar located near the Pak-Afghan border in the areas adjacent to Mohmand and Khyber Agency.
Sources said that many terrorists were also killed in the military operation. Jamaat-ul-Ahrar deputy commander Adil Bacha’s camp was also destroyed in the operation. The sources said that many training camps of the terrorists were destroyed in the operation.
The operation launched hours after Afghan embassy officials were summoned to the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi, where they were handed over a list of 76 terrorists hiding in Afghanistan and asked to take immediate action and be handed over to Pakistan.
