ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office has strongly denounced Israeli breaches of the peace accord in Gaza, emphasizing Pakistan’s firm opposition to the recent assaults by Israeli occupation forces, which have resulted in the loss of countless innocent Palestinian lives.
The spokesperson highlighted that these actions go against the peace agreement established in Sharm el-Sheikh with the involvement of leaders from Muslim and Arab nations, alongside representatives from the United States, Europe, and the United Nations.
Pakistan urges the international community to take swift and decisive measures to halt Israeli violations and ensure the full implementation of the ceasefire.
The spokesperson further stressed the importance of guaranteeing the safety of the Palestinian population and removing barriers to the delivery of humanitarian aid.
Reiterating its steadfast support, Pakistan reaffirmed its commitment to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and backed the establishment of an independent State of Palestine, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, aligned with the 1967 borders.
