ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has suspended Haider Ali, the national team batsman.
According to PCB, Haider Ali is currently involved in an investigation related to a criminal case handled by Manchester Police, which led to his suspension.
The PCB stated that the incident occurred during the recent tour of the Pakistan Shaheen’s cricket team to England. The board also mentioned that legal
support will be provided to Haider Ali to ensure the protection of his rights. He will remain suspended until the case is resolved. The PCB further stated that once the legal proceedings are complete, disciplinary action will be considered. Until the legal process concludes, the Pakistan Cricket Board will not release any additional information.
