Lahore: Pakistan Cricket team announcement for home T-20 series against New Zealand expected on Friday.
Selectors consultations with captain Baber Azam is continued during on going physical training camp in Kakul.
In view of the home series a 18-members squad will be announced.
The selectors and captain also met with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Mohsin Naqvi for selection of the team on yesterday.
Sources said that fast bowler Haris Rauf and batter Fakhar Zaman could be fit fully.
The Baber Azam-11 will also visit Ireland and England in May while the team will directly travel to participate in T-20 world cup from England.
The home series against New Zealand is last chance for testing players before the T-20 world cup.
So rotation policy to be followed and young players can be given chances. Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah will be played on the rotation policy.
Muhammad Amir amd Imad Waseem will come back to the team while Usman Khan inclusion is also certain.
Other players include skipper Baber Azam, Sayim Ayub, Muhammad Rizwan, Iftakhar Ahmed, Shadab Khan, Sahibzada Farhan, Salman Ali Agha, Usama Mir, Waseem junior, Irfan Niyazi, Zaman Khan and Abbass Afridi.
