Islamabad: Pakistan and Egypt have agreed extending cooperation in field of health as ambassador of albeit country called on Federal Minister for Health Syed Mustafa Kamal on Friday, today.
The two discussed in details regarding eradication of hepatitis C, technical assistance, medical tourism, capacity building, partnership in awareness campaigns.
For getting benefit of Egypt’s successful strategy a delegation of Egypt’s medical delegation will soon visit Pakistan.
The Health Minister praising Egypt’s model through which successful results gained in the eradication of hepatitis C, apprised the ambassador about the progress in the PM program of eradication of hepatitis C.
During the meeting, Egypt ensured cooperation in medicine manufacturing, provision of technical assistance, joint measures.
The duo countries agreed on promotion of diplomatic relations in the field of health and searching new opportunities in the medicine manufacturing.
