ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has dismissed the claims made by Indian media regarding the use of Shaheen missiles.
The spokesperson of the Foreign Office stated that the Indian media’s claim about the Shaheen missile is baseless and fabricated. The Indian Army’s claim was proven false, and as a result, they removed the video; however, despite this, Indian media continued to spread a false narrative. The Indian Army has not issued any clarification or denial regarding the video.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, this media campaign by India is an attempt to hide their failure in Operation Sunder. The false propaganda by India is linked to misrepresentation of the ceasefire and the narrative of nuclear blackmail.The spokesperson mentioned that in the ISPR press release dated May 12, details of the weapons used by Pakistan are available. Pakistan used the Fatah F-1, F-2 missiles, modern drones, and long-range artillery.
The Foreign Office spokesperson emphasised that baseless and provocative news damages regional peace.
